Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or our portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your jewelry in its original Icecartel box, including all authenticity certificates and protective packaging to ensure a safe transit.

  Ship Back to Us

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange piece within 5-7 business days.
